This card was released in the second set MetaCharged.
this card was made pretty much to counter frozlock, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense because frozlock got pretty good support as well, this card states that your attacks with 650 power or more can't be stopped. This works well in many decks with high powerd attacks or a deck made to power up your attacks. I can see this card working well in a strategy using cards such as Magnox and other cards that gain advantage by boosting attacks.

Ability to be used frequently: 1/5, this card can really only be used in a power house deck.
So all in all a very good super rare.
